Rules All Guests/Customers (individuals using the services of RentApartment) staying in RentApartment (RA) apartments are obliged to adhere to the following rules:



The rules define the principles of service provision, responsibilities, and staying on the Apartment premises and are an integral part of the agreement concluded by making a reservation, payment of a deposit, or full payment for the stay in the Apartment. By making a reservation, the Guest accepts the terms of the Rules. The rules apply to all Guests staying in the Apartment. The rules are available for inspection in each Apartment, as well as on the website



Each of the Apartments is rented for hotel days. The hotel day lasts from 13:00 on the day of rental to 11:00 on the day of departure. Staying in the Apartment, leaving belongings until 13:00 on the day of departure is treated as an extension of the stay.



The access code to the Apartment is provided at the time of reservation confirmation. Making a reservation, making a payment, and starting the stay in the Apartment is equivalent to accepting the provisions of the Rules by the Guest. Unregistered persons may stay in the Apartment from 7:00 to 22:00. The stay of unregistered persons in the Apartment after 22:00 is equivalent to the lessee of the Apartment consenting to the paid accommodation of these persons in the Apartment. The accommodation of each person will take place according to the current price of the extra bed for an adult, from the price list available on the RentApartment website. RentApartment may refuse to accept a Guest who blatantly violates the Rules during their previous stay, especially by causing damage to RentApartment property or the property of Guests, damage to the person of the Guest, employees of RentApartment, or other persons staying in the Apartments. RentApartment reserves the right to preauthorize the credit card. In the event of non-cancellation of the Apartment reservation 24 hours before the start of the first hotel day or in the event of the Guest not arriving at the Apartment at the planned time, the deposit is not refunded. A standard reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the first hotel day. Cancellations made after this time will be charged the amount of the first hotel day. In the case of canceling or changing a non-refundable reservation, the fee paid will not be refunded. If the Guest’s stay in the Apartment was to take place during trade fair dates, RentApartment will have the right to charge the Guest for the entire planned stay. If the Guest shortens or cancels the reservation during their stay, there is no possibility of claiming a refund for the unused period. The Guest is entitled to change the reservation date and Apartment no later than 24 hours before the start of the hotel day on the day of stay, provided that RentApartment has available dates and Apartments. Reservations can be made online, through the website or via service



In exceptional situations such as a breakdown in the building where the Apartment is located or in the Apartment itself, RentApartment reserves the right to change the Apartment to an identical one or to an Apartment of a higher standard for the same or lower price, located in the same or another location, and in the absence of available Apartments to cancel the reservation. In the event of force majeure, RentApartment is entitled to withdraw from the lease agreement. This entitlement includes situations in which RentApartment, without its fault, will not be able to ensure the safety of Guests or their property. In the event of withdrawal from the lease agreement in the situations referred to in para. 2 above, the amount paid by the Guest will be refunded immediately, with RentApartment being entitled to deduct the amount due for the stay in the Apartment used so far.



Payments for standard reservations can be made: a) Through the service b) By Credit Card For long-term stays, reservations made at least 10 days in advance or reservations for more than one Apartment, RentApartment collects a deposit in the amount of 30% of the reservation value. The deposit must be paid within 2 days from the date of reservation. At the request of Guests, RentApartment issues VAT invoices. The Guest is obliged to inform RentApartment about the need to issue an invoice when making a reservation. In other cases, payment confirmation will be a fiscal receipt.



Children under the age of 13 should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians in the Apartment. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damages caused as a result of children’s actions. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damages or destruction of equipment and technical devices located in the Apartment caused by them or by visitors. RentApartment reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for damages caused after their departure. In the event of a breach of the provisions of the Rules, RentApartment may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with RentApartment’s demands, settle the fees for the services provided so far, pay for any damages, and leave the Apartment. Each time a Guest leaves the Apartment, for safety reasons, they are obliged to turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off the taps, turn off gas appliances (if any in the apartment), close windows, and the front door so that unauthorized persons do not have access to them. There is an absolute ban on organizing parties in the Apartment. A penalty of PLN 2000 is provided for organizing a party.



RentApartment is not responsible for personal items left in the Apartment.



A night silence applies in the Apartment from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During the night silence hours, Guests and individuals using RentApartment services are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb the peace of others in any way. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, guests may be asked to leave the Apartment. This does not entitle them to demand a refund of the apartment rental fee.



Guests have the right to lodge complaints in the event of deficiencies in the quality of services provided. All complaints are accepted by e-mail or by phone. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard of services provided.



RentApartment does not accept the presence of pets. In exceptional circumstances, pets may stay in the Apartment with the consent of an office employee. However, the pet owner is obliged to keep it in such a way as not to pose a threat to other Guests and staff, and also not to cause any material damage to items in the apartment. The Guest is obliged to remove all impurities left by the pet in the Apartment. Smoking tobacco is completely prohibited in the Apartment and garage. Violation of the smoking ban on cigarettes and tobacco products in the Apartment is equivalent to the lessee consenting to cover the deodorization costs of the room in the amount of PLN 1,500.
